Welcome Established in 1995, and headed by President, Joe Buckley, Richmark is an Ottawa area based company built on a solid base of home building experience. Mr. Buckley has been involved in the home building industry over the past 28 years. He has been an active participant in all aspects of the housing industry, from land acquisition, project feasibility, dealing with the municipal approval process, tendering and budgeting to site supervision. He has worked with many of Ottawa's respected builders prior to starting Richmark Home Builders Ltd. Innovative designs, together with excellent quality and value, are the concepts that Richmark Home Builders was founded on. Each home that is built is customized for the individual purchaser, resulting in a unique personalized residence. During the entire construction process, customers deal directly with Mr. Buckley, who is available to answer any questions or concerns.
